Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for roles across the company, from intake calls with hiring managers through offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) and report regularly to leadership.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth

Additional details
- We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to lead recruiting across Blackthorn while also supporting core people operations work.
- You'll own the full-cycle hiring process for open roles company-wide â from intake through offer â while partnering with the VP of People Operations on onboarding, HR systems, and day-to-day operational support.
- This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys both the relationship-driven work of recruiting and the precision of operational execution. What youâll do
- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS, partnering closely with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines.
