Responsibilities
- Convene and manage CKD expert advisory group in partnership with MHSP to ensure timely development of policy and guidelines, dissemination, adoption, and scale-up.
- Ensure capacity strengthening through training, mentorship, and support of health care workers across selected facilities and PRCs.
- Lead project reporting
Requirements
- experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing heath challenges.
- experience in building capacity for person-centred integrated NCD care at the PHC level, PATH, in partnership with the MHSP, will employ reinforcing strategies at system, facility, provider, community and patient levels, adapting lessons learned from other programs contextualized for Morocco.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public health, Nursing, Social Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of
- experience in public health programme implementation, preferably in non-communicable diseases. Proven
- experience working with government, health facilities, and district-level leaders. Strong network across sectors within the NCD community. Proven
- experience in coordinating community-based health interventions and screenings. Strong data management and analytical skills, with
- experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to travel frequently to the project sites within the country.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with on-time and quality deliverables.
