Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Trajectory: While working across CLEAR1 leadership, translate the business mission into a dominant market strategy and represent that strategy externally with enterprise customers, partners, and the market.
  • Champion an Elite Product Unit: Lead and mentor a lean, high-performing team of Product Managers through a period of massive momentum.
  • Drive Strategic Product Partnerships: Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and government stakeholders.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Partner with Engineering to ensure CLEAR1 isn't just a great UI, but a reliable, compliant, and efficient engine that scales without proportional headcount growth.
  • Champion Product Excellence: Define and elevate the standards for the broader product organization, raising the bar for customer obsession, rigorous measurement, and high-velocity innovation.

  • The base salary range for this role is $275,000 - $350,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position.
  • Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills,
  • experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
