Requirements
- experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, you can come from channel/partner/distributor background with proven presales experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry is essential and knowledge in Distribution and Financial is a plus Presentations / demonstrations skillset is a pre-requisite (someone can explain Why rather than just What) Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP (R3 or later), Microsoft (Dynamics 365), QAD, Infor, IFS, Oracle EBS, Exact, Sage, or other ERP local companies such as Digiwin.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.

Additional details
- Responsibilities Act as a technical and functional resource in the sales process during engagement with prospect/customer.
- Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to: Discuss potential product development Provide input to new product development Receive output from product development Provide business expertise in such processes as manufacturing, accounting and work flow analysis.
- Preparing for and conducting demos along with Sales team.
- Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer
- requirements Collaborate and share knowledge and expertise within the SE Community.
- Working with Channel Enablement in enabling partners Solution Engineers in selling Epicor.
- Responding to RFIs and RFPs on Epicor and related products.
- Capability to communicate in other languages is an advantage
