- Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
- experience in fast-paced, high-trust environments.
- Must work with composure to ensur e the Executive Assistant team is cohesive, cooperative , trustin g and accountable for all C-level needs.
- Proven ability to proactively manage time, priorities, and risks before they surface.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Concur, Workday, and modern collaboration tools.
- Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI to improve productivity while maintaining quality control.
Experience
- experience 10+ years as an Executive Assistant, including 5+ years supporting C-level executives (CEO/ELT preferred);
