- JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY Provides User business process, application and accounting support for daily management of the Smart Buy, Source to Pay application.
- Users are defined as Andersen employees and 3rd party suppliers.
- This role has oversight to ensure application is operating as expected, in an efficient and effective manner, according to application design, and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IRS / Tax regulations and any Company policy or any other regulatory or governing body. PRIMARY
- RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the application of internal controls is effectively in place and performing as planned.
- Daily monitoring of application financial transactions controls and exceptions processes.
- Includes but not limited to: discrepancy issues, receiving processes, approval chain monitoring, application failures for outbound PO and inbound invoice failures, data integration failures, etc. Provide operational support to both internal and extern users and power users related to the purchasing and invoicing processes as well as application functionality.
