Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market initiatives for premium offerings, including project and partner coordination, launch execution, and ongoing optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering to drive execution against business priorities
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to expand customer value and service offerings, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for external partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and execution across initiatives
- Operationalize partnerships and manage ongoing partner success and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to improve existing premium experiences and support the launch of new services across CLEAR’s physical and digital footprint
- Track business performance, customer insights, and operational trends to recommend improvements that drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong external relationships with strategic partners and vendors

- The base salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $185,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position.
- Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance.
- The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.

- Quarterback the ongoing development and day-to-day execution of the CLEAR Concierge cross-functional roadmap, enabling growth while ensuring the team delivers a seamless member experience at scale
- Growth in premium product revenue and customer adoption
- Successful execution of partner initiatives and strategic projects
- Customer satisfaction, retention, and net promoter score (NPS) performance
- Partner engagement, satisfaction, and contribution to business growth
