Responsibilities
- - Build a rigorous experimentation engine across audiences, bidding, offer strategy, funnel structure, creative formats, and attribution, using data to identify where incremental spend can drive outsized returns.
Requirements
- Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
- experience managing large-scale budgets, driving efficient growth, and building a high-velocity experimentation culture across channels.
- experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment - Proven
- experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50M–$100M+ preferred) - Deep expertise across major paid acquisition platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube - Strong analytical mindset with
- experience in attribution, incrementality testing, and performance modeling - Track record of scaling growth while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period -
- Experience in trading, fintech, or financial products - Familiarity with advanced attribution models and incrementality testing frameworks -
