Analyst, Investor Relations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update investor-facing content on the IR website
  • Track and organize analyst research, consensus estimates, and investor feedback following roadshows and conferences Market Intelligence
  • Monitor sell-side coverage, produce daily news summaries, and flag relevant fintech, neobank, and broader consumer finance developments
  • Track peer company earnings calendars, disclosures, and analyst commentary; synthesize competitive positioning implications
  • Maintain a peer group benchmarking model (valuation multiples, key operating metrics)
  • Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and analyst days — including scheduling, travel, briefing documents, and follow-ups
  • Manage the IR inbox and help field inbound inquiries from investors and analysts
  • Maintain the investor CRM database, tracking engagement history and ownership changes Financial Analysis
  • Support updates to internal financial models and bridge analyses ahead of earnings

Requirements

  • experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline; strong academic record
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Google Office Suite, familiarity with Factset or Bloomberg terminal preferred Attributes

  • experience will begin at $90,000 and up to $125,000.

  • This role sits at the intersection of finance, communications, and strategy — supporting the full spectrum of IR activities that help investors and analysts understand Chime's business, growth trajectory, and competitive position.
  • You'll work closely with the Head and Director of IR and gain exposure to senior leadership, the sell-side analyst community, and institutional investors.
