Responsibilities

  • Set and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to company goals, with a strong focus on enterprise B2B growth
  • Build, restructure, and scale the marketing organisation, including team design and operating model
  • Establish rigorous performance management across demand generation and growth: pipeline, attribution, CAC/LTV, expansion, and ROI
  • Develop and scale a high-performing B2B demand engine (ABM, field marketing, enterprise GTM) targeting AI labs and large organisations
  • Lead product marketing and positioning, creating clear, differentiated narratives across a complex product and customer landscape
  • Drive cross-functional go-to-market execution, including launches and expansion into new customer segments
  • Build Prolific’s brand awareness and category presence, ensuring we are top-of-mind for AI and research leaders
  • Track record of building and executing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth •

  • Experience operating in enterprise B2B environments, ideally with complex or technical products
  • Exposure to AI, developer, or data-driven ecosystems strongly preferred Skills and Approach
  • Deep B2B marketing expertise, particularly in demand generation, ABM, and enterprise GTM
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and land-and-expand models
  • experience creating structure and processes from first principles
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams •
  • Experience overseeing product marketing and brand, even if not your core background
  • This data is the cornerstone of developing more accurate, nuanced, and aligned AI systems.

  • At a pivotal stage of growth, this is a hands-on leadership role.
  • You’ll define and execute a clear, commercially-driven marketing strategy that strengthens our enterprise B2B motion, sharpens our market positioning, and drives pipeline and revenue.
  • You’ll build, evolve, and lead a globally distributed team across the full breadth of marketing, including enterprise B2B (core focus), product marketing, brand, growth, and marketing operations- alongside B2C growth for our participant ecosystem.
  • This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution: someone who can operate at a high level while also rolling up their sleeves to build, test, and scale what works.
  • Partner closely with sales to strengthen sales enablement and land-and-expand motions
  • Proven ownership of a full-stack B2B marketing function, spanning multiple disciplines
  • Ability to translate complex products and markets into clear, differentiated positioning
  • Commercial and analytical mindset, with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and ROI
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong operator who brings clarity, structure, and alignment to complex organisations
