YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE Be a change champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and simplification across Procurement Drive end-to-end business transformation, using data, process mining, and AI-enabled solutions (including AI agents and automation) to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency across all HM countries Centralize and optimize transactional procurement activities within the Business Service Center by addressing root causes of inefficiencies and performance gaps Use
experience with S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, combined with exposure to process mining, data analytics, or similar tools Genuine interest in emerging technologies, with curiosity and openness to exploring new digital and automation-driven solutions Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
