Responsibilities
- Post and manage job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on job fit.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Support employer branding efforts through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Requirements
- experience throughout the hiring journey. Required Skills &
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of
- experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with ATS tools. Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HR tech tools (Zoho Recruit, Workable, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Understanding of basic HR and labor regulations.
