Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Design email campaigns and sequences in Outreach that educate our prospects and pique their interest
- Maintain concise and accurate records of activity within Salesforce
Requirements
- Looking for a crash course in software sales? The Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Motus will give you the foundation and tools to accelerate your growth in a rapidly growing SaaS business.
- Other in-person Sales Enablement and trainings are required for all members of the BDR team, some travel required.
- Quick learner with an interest in technology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and in emails
Benefits
- Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles.
- The base pay for this role is $55,000, plus Variable Compensation.
- Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
- This position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on individual performance.
