Responsibilities
- - Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Design to ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and seamless attendee experiences.
- - Design and document playbooks that allow Ashby to scale activations efficiently and maintain brand excellence in every market.
- - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including event briefs, timelines, run-of-shows, staffing and travel plans, and post-event debriefs.
- - Track performance metrics such as attendance, NPS, pipeline influence, engagement, and ROI to inform future event decisions.
Requirements
- experience tying events to business outcomes or owning the GTM strategy for events.
