Responsibilities
- Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the solution
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
- Ensure the client is referenceable once it's in production

- Completing and maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with Workday roadmap.
- Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them informed of overall project status About You Basic

- experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications Passion for customer service Validated project management experience Functional
