Regional Sales Manager - Korea

Responsibilities

  • Identify, nurture and win net new enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth through effective enterprise customer and partner relationship management.
  • Navigate complex sales processes by applying customer-centric selling and MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, presales, marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain an accurate, robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities in Salesforce.com.
  • Develop account plans for your key accounts to retain and grow existing client revenue & renewals.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should understand and be able to articulate the value proposition of open source software; an understanding of the cloud and enterprise database markets is a major plus. Responsibilities
  • Proven ability to manage large enterprise opportunities , while closing transactional / renewal business.
  • Experience working effectively in a remote first, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling open source / cloud software solutions is preferred •
  • Experience qualifying opportunities with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC
  • Deep knowledge of the open source ecosystem including community and commercial licensing models
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and other sales & prospecting software Location

Experience

  • 3+ years of consultative sales experience.
