Responsibilities
- Build relationships and work with senior leaders to clarify strategy, manage talent, create value added organizational capabilities and deliver supporting HR strategies.
- Devise leadership development & coaching opportunities for business area leadership team needs.
- Develop, implement and assess succession pipeline strategy planning.
Requirements
- Maintain knowledge of the broader population through strong connections with related HR staff. Essential
- Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years of HR experience, which includes three years consulting with leadership on human resource strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, performance management, total rewards and federal and state respective employment laws. Preferred
- Requirements SPHR/SHRM-SCP, MBA or Masters in HR, Industrial Psychology or Organizational Development or related field.

- Non-Bargaining The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $97,600.00 to $138,600.00 per year This position is eligible for the following
