Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training of new in-office phlebotomists.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, routine audits, competencies, and
- maintain quality patient care at all times.
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity at all clinics.
- Oversee supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all In-Office Phlebotomists operate efficiently, consistently adhering to protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies in tandem with the Senior Manager to ensure
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as patient volumes, turnaround
- Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction by fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
- Ensure safe, secure, and healthy work environments at all locations by following
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and
- Address and escalate patient complaints or concerns as needed promptly and empathetically.

Requirements
- An In-Office Phlebotomist Supervisor may be required to cover at their clinics as needed, where they will serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures. Primary Responsibilities:
- Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
- BS/BA degree (preferred)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by State)
