Responsibilities
- Undertake the monitoring and contribute to evaluation of action which aims to improve population health and reduce health inequalities
- Monitor the delivery of project plans and actions relevant to sections of the Public Health Wales Long Term Strategy.
- Lead on the dissemination of knowledge and evidence relating to the wider determinants of health
Requirements
- experience of implementing public health interventions and programmes who wants to make a difference to the health of current and future generations in Wales.
- experience of working with a range of public sector stakeholders.
