Responsibilities
- Assemble wooden products.
- Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required.
- Identify problems; communicate issues to Work Center Leads and Supervisors.
- Support a respectful workplace.
- Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management. QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete work on schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven ability to understand and adhere to all process controls as documented (SWDs, JBAs, CPs).
- Ability to read and understand reports and a willingness to cross train on several operations.
- Ability to interpret drawings and dimensions.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude with the ability to interact effectively with other departments.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and stand for long periods.
- Ability to read a tape measure. Shift:
- AI is used when confirming receipt of application, notifying the candidate when the resume is being reviewed, assisting in the scheduling of interviews and to respond to candidates if they are not moving forward in the recruitment process.
