Manager of Strategic Operations

Responsibilities

Support the execution of operational and strategic initiatives
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the C-Suite to facilitate efficient decision making
Develop detailed financial models for existing partners and new business opportunities
Facilitate partner facing discussions & collaboration
Manage cross-functional growth and optimization projects

*Candidate must reside in New York City Metro*
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, highly resourceful, strong analytical skills and possess the ability to work comfortably inside a highly entrepreneurial environment that is very results-oriented.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in summarizing and presenting Company results in formal Management or Board of Director settings, preferably in investment banking, private equity or venture-backed environments
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data visualization

Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity experience required Job Purpose:
Strategic Operations professionals will likely travel 25% of their time, meeting with customers, site leaders, operational employees, pharmacists and clinical staff Job Salary:
Range between $130,000 to $150,000.
