Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and optimize electrical systems supporting cement production, utilities, and material handling operations Drive reliability, safety, and performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and capital projects Apply standards and best practices to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and company policies
Proven track record of leading complex technical problem solving efforts, driving root cause analysis and delivering robust, plant ready engineering solutions that improve reliability and operational performance.

Demonstrated ability to guide and influence cross functional teams, communicating technical concepts clearly and ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, maintenance, and safety stakeholders.
Experience with Microsoft Suite of tools, Autocad, SK<, SAP preferred.
