Responsibilities

Own global provision governance, including standardized templates, review protocols, documentation requirements, and escalation frameworks.
Conduct sophisticated ASC 740 technical analyses, including new accounting standards, business operations, structural changes, and tax law developments.
Lead technical assessment and documentation for transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, and other business events impacting the tax provision.
Mentor and elevate the global team's technical capabilities and support long-term scalability.
Drive adoption of technology-enabled provision processes and documentation workflows.

The position requires deep ASC 740 technical expertise, and the ability to proactively identify and lead tax implications of business, operational, and accounting changes in a sophisticated multinational technology environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. 10+ years of corporate income tax
experience with deep specialization in ASC 740. Significant
Experience interacting with external auditors and supporting SOX controls. Preferred
Experience with foreign provision including ASC 740 impact from U.S.
CPA license is highly desired.
Familiarity with tax technology, provision systems, and automation.
Experience with OneSource Income Tax Provision and strong Excel skills are highly desirable.
