Responsibilities
- Description Collaborate with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support programs related to employee development, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver aligned support across talent acquisition, mobility, total rewards, and learning & development.
- Support HR Manager and HRBP in Works Council relationships, including participation in negotiations.
- Support payroll processing in collaboration with third-party providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, absence tracking, payroll, benefits) and provide user guidance as needed.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. Minimum
