Responsibilities
- Build content and provide solutions that will have lasting impact on our customers enablement functions trajectory
Requirements
- Showpad is the market-leading Enablement solution that trusted global brands use to unite their revenue teams, deliver superior customer experiences, and drive seller effectiveness.
- Onboarding Excellence: Partner closely with the VP of Partnerships to ensure every new partner has a seamless, high-value transition into the Showpad ecosystem.
- Showpad Platform Proficiency: Become a master of the Showpad tool, as well as our internal content governance strategy.
- Your mission is to drive high platform adoption and mastery, turning Showpad's technology into a competitive advantage that scales revenue in our key investment regions.
- Enablement Software Knowledge: A minimum of 1 year hands on admin
- experience with an enablement software or LMS
- Experience in complex solution selling (not just transactional products) and the ability to engage comfortably with executive decision-makers.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Enablement, Marketing, and Sales.

Experience
- Experience: 3+ years in enablement leadership, GTM strategy, or enablement consulting.
