Recruiting Coordination Associate (Fall 2026)

Responsibilities

Maintain systems for tracking weekly Recruiter Progress Reports ensuring data integrity
Manage tracking systems for interview improvement plan implementation
Collaborate with the team to assist in the development and use of visualization tools for data analysis
Conduct audits on various aspects of the job posting process, including job descriptions, interview stages, forms, and permissions.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)
Ability to learn quickly
Experience with project management and demonstrated success in multi-tasking
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) •
Experience with interview scheduling •

As our Recruiting Coordinator Associate, you will report to our Recruiting Coordination, Team Lead and support the Coordination team.
You will have the opportunity to learn about recruiting processes, systems, and policies.
This is a 12 week program minimum (5 days onsite) at our HQ in San Francisco at Pier 70 (located right by the Warriors stadium!). Role
