Responsibilities
- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.

- experience implementing Absence and Time Tracking systems,
- Be ready to be challenged and have fun! Key Areas of Responsibility: Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
- experience in any of the following areas, then we’d love to hear from you: Basic
- experience working with, or Implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as: Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications Other
- Experience with Payroll compliance and/or legislation Remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Language Skills: Business fluent English Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
Experience
- Qualifications 4+ years Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company 4+ years
