Product Support Operator

Responsibilities

  • Support Helpdesk and IT field teams with product-related queries and escalations.
  • Document product issues and create incident reports.
  • Announce scheduled maintenance and provide necessary support throughout maintenance windows.
  • Update product support procedures to ensure internal and provider SLA provisions are met.
  • Monitor and test product performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Collect product data, analyse it, and produce technical metrics and statistics for market use.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer and/or product support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. •
  • Experience working with issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Teamwork, Trello). Fluency in English.
