Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with students to create a safe therapeutic environment

Licensed Professional with LCSW , LPCC , LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
Experience providing telehealth services

$75–$95 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations.
💰 Base salary of $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week)

We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California.
Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week — perfect for work-life balance.
Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, and we encourage you to work toward that as you settle in.
At Daybreak, we invest in clinicians who are ready to grow with us. Once you consistently reach 17 completed sessions per week , you'll have the opportunity to transition into our W-2 role, a part-time commitment that comes with the stability and benefits.
