Responsibilities
- Build sales capabilities, lead and mentor regional sales directors and fleet organization
- Build relationships with top-tier clients and industry stakeholders, fostering customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with global product and marketing teams and digital organization to align go-to-market strategies
- Monitor and assess market dynamics, competitor actions, and regulatory factors. KEY EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in building high-performance teams and delivering results
- Track record of building and developing high performing teams; able to coach and develop a diverse talent groups.
Requirements
- experience in the Latin America region, with a preference of field sales experience
- Deep understanding of automotive industry and multi-country business operations
- Fluency in English; additional languages as a strong plus
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred KEY SKILLS Strategic Thinking & Drive
Experience
- 15+ years of senior sales leadership
