Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers •
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations •
- Diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and recommend products or upgrades when appropriate •
- Deliver a positive, professional, and empathetic customer experience on every call •
- Document work accurately with notes, diagrams, and photos to support future service needs •
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR •
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand and power tools •
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively •
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with garage door systems (commercial systems a big plus) •
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards •
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service software 💼 What We Offer •
