- ABOUT THE ROLE As an Engineering Manager at Assort Health, you'll lead a team building AI-powered products that help patients access the healthcare they need — from our patient-facing voice AI agents to the platforms and workflows that power them.
- We expect you to be technical and hands-on when it matters: leading architecture reviews, debugging incidents alongside the team, and setting the bar for how the team uses AI coding tools to ship faster.
- - Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, tasked with solving complex problems in innovative ways.
- - Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.
Experience
- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering manager role.
