Responsibilities

Establish priorities and align departments and personnel to achieve strategic objectives.
Ensure that the operation meets or exceeds business objectives, KPIs, dashboard metrics, and strategic initiatives and accurate and timely reporting of such information.
Review monthly P&L results and work with department managers to ensure budget adherence and address variances.
Conduct equipment analysis and make recommendations for enhancements and acquisitions.
Benchmark key performance indicators and major processes in order to move towards best practices.
Support, promote, and sustain the concept of continuous improvement techniques and tools, as well as adherence to standard processes in all aspects of the business.
Recruit, evaluate, and hire individuals with the skills, competencies, and talent to propel the organization forward.
Drive a culture of reward, recognition, respect, and professionalism.
Maintain and enhance preventative maintenance plans for all equipment.
Guide staffing to ensure all shifts optimally utilize labor and capacity; respond to seasonality issues by adjusting labor accordingly.
Oversee inventory control processes and procedures to include metrics for on-hand inventory, material aging, operating scrap, and receiving.
Develop and implement a strategic and operational plan for the plant that addresses staff development issues, safety, operational excellence, quality improvement, financial performance, and delivery.

Must be a team player and work collaboratively with branch leadership and sales team to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, or engineering preferred, or equivalent in relevant experience 5 years of operational
experience in a manufacturing environment Previous P&L responsibility preferred Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills.
