- As an Operations Analyst, you’ll serve as a critical part of our 24/7 operations team, reviewing device-generated events, identifying potential issues, and escalating incidents that may impact the power grid.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments where their work has a direct real-world impact.
- Every event reviewed and every escalation made has the potential to help prevent outages, reduce wildfire risk, and improve public safety.
- We are hiring across multiple shift schedules to support around-the-clock operations, with a strong preference for candidates available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
