- About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of FP&A to lead and support our global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.
- This role will serve as a key partner to our GTM leadership team, including our CRO, helping shape the strategy, operating rhythm, and performance of the business.
- This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the GTM finance function during a critical phase of growth.
- You’ll have the opportunity to build and shape the GTM finance function, partner directly with the CRO and leadership team, and play a key role in how we scale revenue globally.

- The base salary range for this job family is 173,000 to 302,000 USD annually.
- This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure.
- Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
- In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
