Product & Data Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product and vendor master data is accurate, complete, and updated within required timeframes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data quality, governance, and maintenance processes.
  • Manage the setup of new vendors and products, including administration of relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate the return of vendor documentation, setup forms, and NLFs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support category managers with marketing initiatives and promotional activity.
  • Coordinate merchandising communications across the business.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product and vendor master data, ensuring high standards of data integrity while supporting key business functions across procurement, category management, and merchandising.
  • You will also demonstrate: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced level) .
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous.
  • The ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions.
