Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
- Research prospects deeply: understand their call workflows, pain points, and business model before reaching out
- Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content-driven outreach
Requirements
- Business Development Representative Comp: $60K–$85K + Equity + Commission | On-site SF (Remote considered) At some point in the future, every business will answer their phone with voice AI.
- Phonely builds conversational voice AI agents for high-volume phone workflows.
- You'll learn the voice AI space from the inside, work directly with the founding sales team, and have a clear path to an AE role as the team scales.
- Genuine interest in AI, voice technology, or SaaS Nice to Have
- Familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
- Conversation with a team member on sales fundamentals 4.
Experience
- 1+ years in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role (or equivalent hustle, we'll consider non-traditional backgrounds)
