Responsibilities
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, and other relevant tools.
- Simulate real-world user behavior and analyze system response times under varying loads.
- Execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
- Identify system bottlenecks and analyze key metrics like TPS, Hits/sec, CPU utilization, and memory leaks.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LoadRunner/JMeter, and performance analysis tools to ensure our systems operate at peak efficiency.
- experience in performance engineering and automated testing. Strong
- experience in LoadRunner (Controller, VuGen, Performance Center), and API performance testing. Expertise in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SiteScope, or equivalent. Hands-on
- experience in database performance tuning. Knowledge of Web, Citrix, Click & Script, SOAP, RTE, and SAPGUI protocols for performance testing.
- Experience in Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to articulate technical findings and collaborate across teams.
- Must Have: Load Runner/JMeter hands on experience. Prior
- experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year. Nice to Have: Selenium exposure. Education / Professional Experience/
- experience in Performance Testing. Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
