Requirements
- experience within concrete, quarrying, construction materials or heavy industrial operations
- Experience managing high-pressure, production-focused sites or projects Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, reliability and asset management practices Proven capability managing teams, performance, HR and industrial relations matters Sound understanding of workplace health, safety and environmental compliance requirements
