Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy, roadmap and—most importantly—ship great products that streamline how developers adopt and build on the Chainguard platform.
- Build a developer-first platform that supports integrations and partner growth.
- Lead projects from ideation through launch and beyond, iteratively unlocking new customers and improving the product while overseeing maintenance and support.
- Represent Chainguard externally wherever needed, including meetings with customers and prospects, partners, and industry analysts.

- By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk.
- This position requires you to be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, ruthlessly prioritize, work with tight timelines, and handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- You also have the soft skills necessary to navigate organizational dependencies, promote your team, and marshall whatever resources are required to solve your customers’ problems. What you’ll do:
- experience as a developer, or proven success working in systems, networks, or an adjacent highly technical area.
- Experience leading a developer-first platform that serves both internal and external engineering teams. •
