Experience : Bachelor’s or above in Engineering Minimum of 8 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in project management in medical devices industries

ResMed China R&D team are dedicated on Curative product design and development and product life cycle maintenance and improvement.
You will be actively engaging, from concept to production, in the design and development of new products and their manufacturing processes.
requirements to deliver these products to market in agreed timescales, quality and budget; securing organizational commitment and resources.
Included in this is strong project leadership to drive end-to-end project delivery.
Ensuring that feasible and realistic project plans are developed incorporating evidence-based timelines.
As well as ensuring that appropriate risk management has been undertaken and strong communication with all key stakeholders is maintained pre-project to obtain buy in and throughout the project life cycle.
Focuses on the development and implementation of strategic and operational objectives that help achieve organisational mission.
Implements organization strategies through the effective direction and management of employees and resources.
