Senior Partnerships Manager, Crypto

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet commercial and product goals, and align with legal, security, and regulatory requirements
Manage the onboarding and integration of new partners by working with product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams
Maintain and improve relationships with existing partners, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for product and operational improvements
Analyze partnership performance and industry trends to inform decisions on new initiatives and roadmap priorities What you bring

This role plays a central part in shaping how Robinhood Crypto supports our core business and collaborates with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain partners to deliver new capabilities to customers!

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $179,000 — $210,000 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $157,000 — $185,000 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $139,000 — $164,000 USD
