Responsibilities
- What You'll Be Doing Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying and resolving operational issues Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product consistency Train and mentor production staff to build a high-performing team Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated
