Responsibilities
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the Sales team to confirm orders against quotations, approved pricing, and agreed commercial terms.
- Create clean Sales Orders for POs using the 3PL order template and ensure outbound order instructions are prepared accurately for fulfilment.
- Create and maintain customer master data, including customer account setup, SKU mapping, and price mapping for new customers.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer POs, Sales Orders, invoices, and related order administration documentation.
- Prepare and report sales performance by customer, Sales Order, and SKU, and support target monitoring.
- Coordinate with ResMed’s BI team to ensure accurate revenue capture, open PO tracking, and on-hold PO visibility.
- Coordinate with Accounting and Finance teams on invoice adjustments, credit note issuance, reconciliation support, and related documentation.
- Coordinate warranty-related administration and work with the Technical Services team to support issue resolution and customer follow-up.
- Manage administrative tracking and stakeholder coordination for demo units, trial units, samples, and marketing support items.
- Compile annual sales reports and supporting data required by Regulatory Affairs for Thai FDA submission.
- Identify process gaps, recurring order issues, and improvement opportunities across PO intake, Sales Order creation, fulfilment coordination, invoicing, and reporting. Let’s talk about Qualifications and
Requirements
- Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of
- experience in sales administration, order management, customer service operations, or a similar commercial support role.
- Experience working with sales orders, invoices, credit notes, customer records, SKU data, pricing files, and sales reporting.
- Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Operations, 3PL partners, BI, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with order trackers, sales reports, customer data, and operational templates.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language capability is required for Thailand customer and regulatory support.

- The Sales Administration Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales order administration process, ensuring customer purchase orders are reviewed, validated, processed, documented, and followed through accurately and on time.
- This role acts as a key coordination point between customers, Sales, Distribution Operations, 3PL partners, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs to support order fulfilment, invoicing accuracy, customer service, revenue tracking, and regulatory reporting
- Responsibilities Receive, review, and validate customer Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all required details are complete and accurate, including product description, quantity, pricing, discounts, bundles, delivery terms, and payment terms.
- Clarify discrepancies or missing information in customer POs and confirm order details with customers where required.
- Apply freight charges to invoices in accordance with written agreements and approvals.
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and coordinate internally to support timely collection and issue resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing purchase orders, pricing, discounts, delivery terms, payment terms, and customer master data.
