Requirements
- As Manager of Product Development, AI Platform at Epicor, you will be leading the development of a next-generation artificial intelligence agent platform while building and managing a high-impact Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team.

- experience leading enterprise platform, cloud-native, or artificial intelligence–focused development teams Strong expertise in Python and C# development Deep
- experience designing and operating distributed cloud applications on Microsoft Azure
- Experience building or managing artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, or workflow automation solutions Strong understanding of modern software architecture including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns Demonstrated success driving artificial intelligence adoption and development practices within engineering organizations Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence
- Experience building artificial intelligence agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, or orchestration platforms
- Experience integrating artificial intelligence with enterprise applications such as ERP systems or complex business platforms Hands-on
- experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB Knowledge of modern artificial intelligence frameworks including retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and observability tools Familiarity with emerging artificial intelligence ecosystems and agentic architectures
