- experience spanning multiple disciplines: data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, software development, cloud architecture, or technical consulting - Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end data platforms (ingestion, transformation, - orchestration, serving, governance) - Hands-on proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala) -
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack tooling (dbt, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Terraform, or equivalent) - Proven track record of delivering technical solutions in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting capacity - Exceptional communication skills — can articulate deeply technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and hold credibility with engineering teams simultaneously -
- Experience engaging with executive leadership (CTO, CDO, CIO, CFO) on business strategy and technology roadmap discussions Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience with AI/ML workflows: model training, LLMs, RAG architectures, MLOps, feature engineering - Background in software engineering — building production applications, APIs, CI/CD pipelines - Prior consulting
- experience (Big 4, boutique, or internal) with demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and deliver complex technical programs - Familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and security best practices -
