Requirements
- experience in commercial real estate, property management, construction management, facilities management, or a closely related discipline Other Requirements:
- Experience leading employees, contractors, consultants, or cross-functional teams Knowledge of commercial leasing, contract administration, budgeting, and project delivery principles Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence Ability to travel approximately 20 –30%, including occasional overnight travel Project Management
- Experience managing multi-tenant commercial office properties
- Experience supporting high-rise office facilities and large-scale construction projects Knowledge of real estate portfolio management, capital planning, and workplace strategy
