Requirements
- TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime.
- This role will report into the Head of Compliance Advisory and partner cross-functionally with go-to-market, product, policy, and customer success teams.
- experience in AML compliance roles within large financial institutions - Thorough understanding of the different functions within a financial crime compliance program inclusive of risk assessments, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions, including workflows, challenges, effectiveness strategies, and key regulatory issues -
- Experience advising stakeholders on how to interpret and meet their regulatory obligations - Global regulatory fluency, with working knowledge of key frameworks in the APAC, US, and/or EMEA - experience for all candidates.
