Requirements
- We are looking for a Global Curriculum Lead to shape the future of commercial excellence across our Orthopaedics Recon and Robotics portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of
- experience in training, instructional design, or commercial enablement Strong expertise in curriculum design and global learning strategy Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced PowerPoint and strong analytical capabilities (Excel preferred) Working knowledge of learning evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick model) What’s in it for you?

- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $136,000 - $235,000 USD annually.
- The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
- Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
