Requirements
- Your expertise will be heavily relied on and leveraged in informing product and process improvements, executing operational plans of action, and identifying opportunities for go-to-market motions.
- RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end - act as the single point of accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence - Become an advocate - be the voice of the provider internally and partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market to build solutions that help providers scale - Be a product expert - learn the ins and outs of the Nash Platform and how its best positioned to drive impact to providers - Understand the nuances of each integration,
- experience with carriers/delivery partners is a plus - Proven success owning strategic relationships and driving growth and operational excellence - Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, integrations, debugging workflows, and collaborating with engineering. -
- Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes in complex systems. - Demonstrated ability to rapidly master a product and use that knowledge to guide customers and shape feedback. - Excellent communication and executive-presence skills. - Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, or complex B2B SaaS systems. -
- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise retail environments. - Familiarity with API docs, observability platforms, SQL, Python, or engineering workflows. - Background in consultative roles involving both technical depth and commercial accountability.
